An appeal from one of the federal district courts in Louisiana goes to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, also located in New Orleans. These courts handle both civil and criminal cases, including disputes over federal laws, constitutional rights, and crimes like drug trafficking, as well as specialized cases, such as bankruptcy filings.

HPE expanded its NVIDIA AI Computing by HPE portfolio to help enterprises move agentic AI from pilot projects into production environments. At the center of this strategy are new AI Network Agents integrated into the cloud-native platform. The company aims to reduce network downtime caused by human error by extending self-driving capabilities across edge, campus, data center, and AI factory environments. HPE will further support Vultr’s deployment through its supercomputing expertise, liquid-cooling technologies, and lifecycle services to ensure operational efficiency across distributed AI clusters. The architecture includes advanced switches, optical transceivers, and specialized SuperNICs designed to optimize rack-scale GPU communication while minimizing data bottlenecks. The infrastructure will leverage NVIDIA Spectrum-X networking, incorporating both 400GbE and 800GbE connectivity. On the security front, HPE expanded its private cloud portfolio with the introduction of the HPE Private Cloud PC3000 and PC7000 systems. New capabilities include the HPE Morpheus Orchestration Copilot and HPE Morpheus Central, enabling centralized management of heterogeneous IT environments.
